Ailsa Nicol

Experience: 

Ailsa is a Project Manager at Brookbanks who has a background in strategic land and planning.  She manages a variety of major development projects from early strategic promotion and planning through to design and on-site delivery. 

Ailsa works with a wide variety of teams, both internally and externally, to achieve high quality, deliverable schemes for our clients, whilst also ensuring both cost and programme targets are met efficiently. 

After graduating with a degree in Geoscience, Ailsa worked for a major house builder for a number of years. During this time, she built a wide range of knowledge and skills identifying future development land, negotiating option agreements and promoting sites of up to +3000 units across the South West and Midlands.
