Onslow School New Science Laboratory Building and Sports Centre
Our Role
The works are split over 2 phases to suit site logistics and funding draw down.
The Outcome
The first phase comprised of a new storey science block with 12 labs, car parking.
The second phase comprises of a new sport facility including MUGA pitches and a sports hall with a separate dance studio.
Design and build performance specifications for all mechanical and electrical services including specialist external lighting to the MUGA pitches meeting sports for England requirements.
Electrical and gas infrastructure were required to be upgraded. Infrastructure for phase 2 works were put in place as part of phase 1 works.
Design development was closely managed with the contractor due to budgetary restraints.
