Major development and infrastructure schemes have complex lifecycles and, as such, our business provides integrated services along this journey. Through planning, design, implementation to completion, our Development Management Team drives project development through co-ordination of our commercial, production and technical design teams.

With extensive experience in establishing dynamic project teams and procuring first class contractors, this team are currently managing over 9 million sqft of live development activity across the UK, with a forecast exit Gross Development Value in excess of £3bn.

Considering how to progress your major development? You know where to come.

On Day 2, to round off the trip, there was the opportunity to relax in the on site Spa or take to the water for a selection of water sports, hosted by Adventure Parc Snowdonia.

We couldn’t be prouder of how our team continues to develop and we can’t wait to get back to delivering great outcomes for our clients!

Thank you to the whole team for making Brookbanks brilliant throughout 2023. We are already counting down the days to next year!
