Tori Hall – Promoted to Development Management Group Director

Since joining Brookbanks in Summer 2024, Tori Hall has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership across the business and within the Development Management Group. Her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and unwavering dedication have delivered exceptional results over the past year.

Tori’s well-earned promotion secures her place on our Group Directors Board, where she will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Group’s business plan in the years ahead.

This promotion provides a fantastic opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place and to help shape the future direction of our Development Management team. Introducing Our New ‘Head of’ Roles

As part of our succession planning and focus on internal talent development, we are proud to introduce a new leadership tier within our Groups: the ‘Head of’ roles. These positions carry enhanced leadership and management responsibilities and will act as deputies to the Group Directors, reinforcing our leadership framework for future growth.

We are pleased to announce the first appointments to these new roles:

Ryan Meade – Head of Civil Engineering

Since joining Brookbanks in 2024, Ryan Meade has made a significant and positive impact across both the Civil Engineering Group and the wider business. His technical expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence.

“I’m delighted to have been promoted to Head of Civil Engineering at Brookbanks. Since joining, I’ve had a fantastic start and have really enjoyed becoming part of such a supportive and talented team, both within Civil Engineering and across the wider Group.This new role gives me the opportunity to focus on growing our team, developing our capability, and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality results for our clients. Civil Engineering sits at the heart of what Brookbanks does, and I’m excited to build on the momentum we’ve already created. Working closely with Richard Moorcroft and our leadership team, I’m looking forward to shaping how our civils team evolves as the business continues to expand.

Ben Wakeling – Head of Cost and Commercial

Joining Brookbanks in early 2025 from Vistry, Ben Wakeling has quickly become a key contributor to the Commercial Group and the company as a whole. His commercial acumen and proactive leadership have already made a strong impression.

“I am really appreciative of the faith and promise shown in me by the leadership team at Brookbanks. It has been a real pleasure to work for a company with a truly excellent culture, with supportive colleagues who genuinely take pleasure in others’ success. I am really looking forward to leading an excellent Cost and Commercial team, who are already thriving and producing excellent, high-quality work, as well as developing relationships with existing clients and forging connections with new ones.”

Alongside providing essential school places for growing populations, they help create well-connected neighbourhoods, support long-term community wellbeing and contribute positively to placemaking outcomes. For developers bringing forward significant housing schemes, deciding how education infrastructure obligations should be delivered is rarely straightforward. In most cases, this involves either directly delivering a new education facility as part of the development, or making a financial contribution through a Section 106 Agreement to support provision elsewhere.
