Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction 2025
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our very own Director, Lucy Wildesmith, has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Most Influential Designer’ award in the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction 2025!
This recognition is part of a national initiative by the CITB to spotlight the trailblazing women who are shaping the future of construction across the UK. Now in its fourth year, the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction Awards celebrate the achievements of women at every level of the industry, from apprentices to senior leaders, who are driving innovation, inclusion, and excellence
Lucy’s nomination in the ‘Most Influential Designer’ category is a testament to her visionary leadership, creative brilliance, and unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of design in construction. Her work has not only transformed spaces but also inspired teams, clients, and communities alike.
It’s vital we foster an inclusive and welcoming space that recognises and celebrates the achievements of women in the construction industry,” said Deborah Madden, Executive Director of Nations Engagement at CITB.
“That is exactly what the Top 100 awards are all about.
The final Top 100 and category winners will be revealed at a glittering awards ceremony on Thursday 18th September 2025 at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester. Lucy, along with other shortlisted nominees, will attend the event as guests of honour.
We couldn’t be prouder of Lucy and all she has accomplished. Her passion, creativity, and leadership continue to inspire us every day. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved recognition!
Stay tuned for updates!
