Drawing on prior experience in Real Estate Management, Aman has worked with assets across a wide range of property sectors and investment funds. His experience includes exposure to major, high‑profile developments such as 22 Bishopsgate, the £1bn modern skyscraper, giving him a strong appreciation of commercial drivers, asset performance and investor priorities. This insight helps us connect land opportunities with practical, deliverable development strategies.

At Brookbanks, Aman’s focus is on business development and land research, identifying major site opportunities as well as smaller, strategically important sites where specialist advice can unlock value. He supports our team by analysing land and market intelligence, tracking emerging opportunities and ensuring the right information reaches the right experts.. Aman works across sectors including Residential, Commercial, High‑Rise, Heritage and mixed‑use developments, particularly in complex urban environments. His role helps ensure that opportunities are efficiently channelled to the most appropriate specialists within Brookbanks, enabling us to respond quickly and collaboratively to client and landowner needs.

Aman holds a degree in Property Development & Planning, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and brings a strong analytical mindset and commercial understanding to our multidisciplinary team.
