Andrew Thorley

Andrew is the Group Managing Director at Brookbanks, with a strong background in client-side development. He is driven to obtain the best results for our clients in respect of value creation, cost management, place making and programme adherence – market-leading advice for market-leading clients. 

Andrew leads a number of Brookbanks’ major development projects, from concept stages in some cases, planning, design and delivery, through to the ongoing management of completed developments and their associated infrastructure. This involvement spans residential, mixed use and mining operations. 

Over a 15+ year career for a large national PLC home builder, Andrew worked on planning, designing and delivering major development sites across the South East, Midlands, North West and Yorkshire. Andrew has held Business Unit Management Team and Strategic Land positions, delivering 650-950 homes annually to the market, working through acquisition, design, planning, delivery and completion of live development sites and new communities. This lifecycle experience has been invaluable in respect of high-quality place making, and the balance of quality and quantity.
