Andrew Wilkinson
Director
Andrew is a Director within the Development & Communities Group at Brookbanks, with over 25 years of development & engineering/environmental consultancy experience. He is a Chartered Engineer with a diverse background spanning sectors such as mixed-use, residential, education, healthcare, retail and commercial, and has worked with both private and public sector clients, consistently demonstrating a client-focused approach to project delivery.
He is driven to obtain the best results for our clients in respect of value creation, place making and sustainable design.
He excels in driving successful outcomes, leveraging his extensive experience in multi-disciplinary project management for property development and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes overseeing technical elements such as flood risk management, transport planning, and infrastructure design, from due diligence through to detailed design and delivery. Additionally, he has a strong track record in coordinating and delivering technical support for masterplans and planning applications, and, where required, providing expert witness and planning appeal support.

- Andrew is a keen surfer, triathlete, golfer, and rugby enthusiast (even though the enthusiasm of the Welsh team does not seem to be aligned at the moment!)
