Anil Maroke

Anil is a Project Manager in our Development Management Team with a strong background in the Engineering of new residential developments. As an Engineer with experience at two volume UK housebuilders, Anil has been involved in several infrastructure projects across the Midlands. Anil also possesses design experience, which grants him a thorough understanding of the key considerations involved in engineering new developments, particularly from the perspectives of feasibility and cost efficiency.

Anil oversees the daily operations of several of Brookbanks’ major development projects, spanning planning, design, and delivery. He’s responsible for establishing and organising the connection of any proposed infrastructure for new developments to the existing network. He works closely with his clients, designers, site teams and relevant highway and water authorities to ensure optimal outcomes in terms of cost efficiency and project timelines.

–          Anil is an keen football and badminton player, regularly engaging in both sports on a weekly basis with a group of friends and family.
