Caroline Gavin

Caroline is a Principal Utilities Consultant at Brookbanks, who brings her nine year’s of experience in the industry, to a wide range of project stages from early stage feasibility to tendering, onsite project management in diversionary works, and new connection for major residential developments.

Since completing her HNC in Construction and Civil Engineering degree, Caroline has worked across sectors including Residential, Industry and Logistics, and Health Care, on projects including social housing, care homes, regeneration schemes and commercial units.

Her technical background and attention to detail ensure the mulit-utility tendering process is through, securing the best asset vales and cost efficiencies for each scheme whilst aligning to the the clients strategic goals.

In her spare time Caroline loves long dog walks, trying new restaurants, going to the pub with friends and seeing family.
