Charishma Wara
Finance Assistant
Charishma began her career at the age of 16 as a Finance Apprentice with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a global aerospace and industrial business. Over four years, she developed a broad range of finance experience, working across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment runs, reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end processes. During this time, she also gained valuable experience using SAP and other finance systems, building a strong foundation in financial operations and reporting.
Her early career has equipped her with excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a practical understanding of finance processes within a large international business environment. At Brookbanks, Charishma is keen to continue developing her expertise and contribute to the success of the wider team.

Fun Fact
Outside of work, Charishma is a passionate traveller who loves exploring new destinations and cultures. Since beginning her career, travelling has become her favourite way to switch off and recharge. She has travelled abroad ten times in the last four years and already has her next two adventures planned, with trips to Japan and India on the horizon.
