Emma Laventine

I am a Development Manager with over the 12 years’ experience; my main background is in technical working with on residential developments.  I have worked on several large developments across the Midlands, involved with projects from pre-construction to completion including adoption of roads and sewers.

Working with internal teams, stakeholders and consultants to ensure the project is delivered within budget and to programme I have great people skills and am aware of the importance of building strong relationships with clients to deliver projects on time.

I have a Cocker Spaniel and a cross lab which keep me busy. In my spare time, I also enjoy the going to gym and walking and being in the outdoors.
