We draw on Gerrad’s experience across infrastructure and utilities projects, where he has worked within cost, commercial and performance management teams on a wide range of schemes. His international experience across Europe and Africa gives him a well‑rounded perspective on procurement, risk management and cost control in differing regulatory and delivery environments.

Gerrad takes a pragmatic, detail‑focused approach to cost management, estimating and commercial reporting. He supports both early‑stage feasibility and land appraisal work, as well as detailed cost planning and delivery‑phase cost control, helping clients make informed decisions from concept through to completion. This includes supporting both large, complex infrastructure projects and smaller schemes where specialist commercial input can unlock viability and manage risk.

A key area of interest for Gerrad is the role sustainability plays in infrastructure delivery. He is particularly focused on how cost and carbon considerations can be aligned to support long‑term project value, resilience and responsible development outcomes. Gerrad’s experience supports our work across sectors including Infrastructure, Utilities, Residential, Industry & Logistics, and mixed‑use developments, strengthening our ability to offer integrated, commercially grounded advice as part of our multidisciplinary Brookbanks team.
