Greg Callaghan is Group Director of Transport and Growth at Brookbanks and a Chartered Town and Transport Planner with over 35 years of experience delivering planning consents for major development schemes.
Greg has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and helping clients secure the best possible outcomes for their developments. His expertise spans strategic land promotion, commercial and industrial developments, retail and leisure schemes, urban regeneration projects and major residential sites. He has also worked across the infrastructure, education, science and technology, logistics and SME development sectors.
Throughout his career, Greg has developed a strong track record in navigating complex planning and transport challenges, supporting projects from initial strategy through to successful consent. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of the planning system enable clients to unlock development opportunities and maximise site potential.
Fun Fact:
Outside of work, Greg is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching rugby and cricket. He also volunteers at major sporting events and has even raced across India in a tuk-tuk.
