Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, Hayley supports clients in embedding sustainable principles from early design through to delivery, with a particular focus on achieving robust, practical and commercially viable outcomes.
Hayley brings extensive experience in delivering BREEAM assessments and advisory services, guiding projects through certification while ensuring sustainability measures are effectively integrated into the design and construction process. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from major organisations developing ESG strategies to project teams seeking to meet ambitious environmental targets on complex schemes.
Her broader experience includes supporting organisations in the development and implementation of ESG strategies, helping translate high‑level objectives into practical actions that drive measurable change. This strategic perspective is complemented by over 10 years’ experience in further education, where she developed a strong passion for creating sustainable and engaging learning environments.
Hayley holds a BA (Hons) in Environmental Studies, an NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Advice and Guidance, and is both a BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP), strengthening our capability to deliver high‑quality sustainability support across all project stages.
Did you know?
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys walking, gardening, computer gaming, discovering new coffee spots, and is always on the lookout for the perfect granola bowl. She has a 7‑month‑old puppy called Bonnie (a chow chow x border collie) and loves spending time by the sea, often holidaying in Cornwall and Wales.
