A Chartered Structural Engineer and Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), Jacob has over two decades of experience delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable design solutions across a wide range of structural engineering projects.

His career spans more than 100 successfully completed developments, from small-scale domestic builds to multi-million-pound industrial and commercial ventures. Jacob’s experience covers diverse sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and sports facilities.

As a Chartered Engineer, he places strong emphasis on safety, buildability, economy, sustainability, and speed of construction in every design. His forward-thinking approach and drive for innovation have also led to contributions beyond traditional engineering—most notably, the development of commercial structural software recognised for its accuracy and efficiency.
