With over 25 years of experience in finance, including a specialist background in credit management and 8 years dedicated to Construction Industry financial management Jo Bishton brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role of Group Finance Manager.

Working closely with Kay Hall, Jo is committed to harnessing and developing the skills of the company’s loyal finance team. Together, they aim to build a function that not only delivers robust financial control and insight but also acts as a true business partner—aligned with the strategy and growth ambitions of the business.
