Katie Glaze

Our dedicated Sustainability team is led by Director of Sustainability Katie Glaze, a highly experienced sustainability professional with over 25 years in the built environment, bringing a full lifecycle perspective from design and construction through to operation, refurbishment, and end of life.

With a background spanning consultancy, regulatory bodies, contractors and client-side roles across the private and public sector Katie offers a well-rounded, practical approach to embedding sustainability into projects.

Katie is a skilled communicator, supporting clients, contractors and design teams to translate ambitious sustainability goals into effective strategies, while driving continuous improvement through post-occupancy evaluation and performance insights. Her expertise includes certification methodologies such as BREEAM, WELL and DREAM, sustainability and net zero strategy, post-occupancy and asset evaluations, and ESG strategy and reporting. These are underpinned by a strong commitment to delivering holistic, cradle-to-cradle outcomes and advancing the transition to a low-carbon built environment.
