Mark Baldwin

Mark Baldwin is the Senior Associate Director at Brookbanks, operating from the Exeter office. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark brings a wealth of expertise from the client side of development. He has led engineering and technical teams on large-scale projects for PLC housebuilders across the West Midlands and South-West.

Mark began his career as a civil engineering consultant after earning his degree in civil engineering. His client-side experience has shaped his passion for efficiency, value engineering, and delivering projects on time and within budget. He is particularly skilled at navigating technical challenges and ensuring that pre-construction stages are thoroughly planned, well-resourced, and effectively managed.

In his current role, Mark leads the civils team and drives business development from the Exeter office. He is focused on expanding Brookbanks’ presence in the South-West, leveraging his experience to help clients overcome technical, cost, and programme-related challenges.
