Nathan Robinson

Nathan has joined Brookbanks as a Principal Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. He has worked as the lead Engineer on a range of different projects from large commercial developments for new industrial parks to big units residential developments.

Nathan has had the opportunity to be the project lead for Civil Engineering design for developers such as Bellway, Vitry, Cala, TW, Spitfire and Bloor. For these developers, he has provided compliant and sustainable designs which have often progressed from Due Diligence/Land Appraisal all the way through to Detailed Design.
For example, Nathan was the lead designer for Bellway’s flagship site in Oxford, Water Eaton. As part of this development he provided the Section 278 design for the first Cyclops junction in Oxford to provide access to the 820 unit development. He later then designed and coordinated the infrastructure and parcel engineering. As part of this project he was involved in the early discussions to implement key SuDS features which would drive the layout.  Furthermore, Nathan provided the Civil design for all Vistrys Milton Keynes, Buckingham and Northampton developments. And also obtained Section 278, 38 and 104 approval for the multi phase development at Overstone leys, Northampton. Nathan also worked on the Beaconside development located in Staffordshire. For this development he provided the Private Engineering for over 300 units.

Nathan’s key expertise are in drainage strategy design, ground modelling, highway design, and private engineering. Nathan enjoys helping others develop and further their career, and he is excited for the new challenge and Brookbanks, taking the next steps in his career.
