Owen Smith

Owen is the Client Relationship Manager here at Brookbanks. With a background in client relations and consultancy, Owen brings a wide range of experience in connecting people and providing services that ensure the upmost is done for our clients. Owen is driven to ensure client satisfaction and organic growth within our current and future new clients.

At Brookbanks, Owen is involved business wide and supports the growth of each disciplinary. As well as client relations, he works alongside our marketing team to provide support on strategical decisions to enable growth and drive brand awareness within the market. This is done in partnership with our Group Business Director, Rachel Appleby.

Owen previously worked for a company named in the Sunday Times 100, a list of Britain’s fastest growing private companies. Here he supported central functions in sales, marketing and product development, working across three organisations he provided top level consultancy and client management services.

Did you know?

– Owen has a degree in Sports Journalism and has had the experience of being apart of press conferences for the champions league, with the likes of Jurgen Klopp, while also being in the media team to capture the first team in training at Liverpool Football Club.

– Owen joined Brookbanks after travelling Australasia and moving to New Zealand, where he followed the England Cricket team in a test match series.
