powell.brown@brookbanks.comPowell is a Project Manager at Brookbanks, supporting the successful planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure‑led residential developments. Working closely with colleagues across Project Delivery & Management, Planning, Engineering & Design and Cost & Commercial Guidance, Powell helps us manage risk, unlock sites and maintain momentum from early design through to construction. We draw on Powell’s experience across Infrastructure and Residential projects, where he has delivered both on‑site and off‑site works to support new developments. His experience includes highways works, drainage infrastructure, pumping stations and wider enabling works, often critical to delivering residential schemes of varying size and complexity.
Powell has played a key role in major residential developments, managing planning condition clearances, coordinating detailed infrastructure and residential design, and supporting site‑enabling works. He also has experience in the delivery of sensitive land drawdown strategies and the strategic disposal of development parcels, helping projects move forward in a controlled and commercially sound manner.
A particular strength is Powell’s experience of working on Welsh developments. He has supported projects through SAB approvals, commuted sums and the delivery of SuDS features, navigating legislation and adoption processes. He also brings valuable experience in securing Welsh Government funding for affordable housing, working with RSL partners and managing compliance with WDQR and Leasing to Housing requirements.
Powell is currently working towards CIOB Chartership, strengthening our capability to deliver high‑quality, well‑managed projects across the Residential, Infrastructure and mixed‑use sectors, including both major schemes and smaller developments that benefit from experienced project leadership.
