Rachel Appleby
Group Business Director
Rachel is the Group Business Director at Brookbanks, having built a successful career on the client-side within the construction and development industry. Rachel is motivated to apply her breadth and depth of experience to drive excellence, while supporting Brookbanks’ unique and marketing leading position.
Rachel leads the business development and marketing initiatives within Brookbanks. She works hard to drive brand awareness and new business growth opportunities throughout Brookbanks to support the company’s strategy, while aiding our consultants to deliver the Brookbanks’ difference to all clients, achieving optimal outcomes on all projects and providing high quality service at all times.
Over a 10+ year career, she has worked for three house builders, two of which being national PLC’s in the FTSE 100. During this time Rachel held senior positions delivering business change across the whole group structure, all whilst also obtaining a Global MBA from the University of Manchester.
