Rachel Appleby
Group Operations Director
Rachel is our Group Operations Director, bringing more than 10 years of client-side experience across the construction and development industry to Brookbanks.
As part of Brookbanks’ senior leadership team, she oversees a broad range of business-critical functions, including business development and marketing, client satisfactions, communications, ESG, legal, IT, and facilities. She works across the business to drive operational excellence, support sustainable growth and ensure Brookbanks’ strategy is translated into meaningful action.
Rachel is passionate about brining people, processes and commercial priorities together, focusing on strengthening Brookbanks’ marker-leading position, creating new business opportunities and ensuring we deliver the Brookbanks difference for our clients.
Before joining Brookbanks, Rachel worked for developers, including two national FTSE 100 companies. During this time, she held senior roles delivering business-wide change and transformation across complex group structures. She also holds a Global MBA from Manchester University.
