Working closely with teams throughout the organisation, Ryan helps ensure our IT systems, infrastructure and support services enable colleagues to work effectively, securely and collaboratively.
Ryan joined Brookbanks from Morgan Sindall Group, where he was IT Service Manager. He brings extensive experience in IT strategy, outsourced supplier management, service reporting and operational service delivery. His focus is on standardising IT services across the organisation, improving consistency and user experience, while continuing to strengthen Brookbanks’ cyber security capabilities and technology resilience. Combining a service-led approach with a strong understanding of business needs, Ryan plays an important role in ensuring technology supports operational efficiency, collaboration and future growth across the company.
Ryan holds ITIL v4 and PRINCE2 Foundation qualifications, providing a strong framework for service management, governance and the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
