Thomas Holdcroft

Tom brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry, having started out at an engineering consultancy, before serving a broader Technical function within a leading UK Land Promoter, and now joins us after 4 years at a large national housebuilder as an engineer.

Tom has cultivated a broad skill set during this time, allowing him to manage a wide scope of projects effectively, including all technical delivery aspects of the 750-unit ‘Blythe Valley Park’ development in Solihull from outline planning through to delivery on site.

Tom also has experience in managing building construction projects, having overseen the build of a 48-unit apartment scheme including retail elements.

Did you know?

• Outside of work, Tom is an avid hiker and recently scaled Snowdon via the infamous ‘Crib Goch’ scrambling route.
• Tom also loves assembling, painting and playing tabletop strategy games, ask him about his Warhammer army but be prepared to listen for at least 30 minutes!
