Thomas Snell

Thomas is a Principal Project Manager on the Brookbanks Development Management team. He has a wealth of experience managing large master-developer-led projects, where he has played a key role in delivering vital infrastructure and facilitating the sale of serviced land parcels to third-party developers. This position has also involved engaging with key stakeholders, including landowners, housebuilders, and residents, in a thoughtful and effective manner.

In addition to his current and previous role, Thomas has valuable experience in the public sector with Network Rail, where he worked on the disposal of surplus land for residential-led development, with the aim of reinvesting the proceeds back into the railway.
