Tobi Heng

Tobi is Utilities Associate Director at Brookbanks, bringing over five years’ dedicated experience in utilities delivery within the construction industry. She has been instrumental in projects ranging from small private housing developments to major schemes of up to 2,500 units, with expertise spanning residential, commercial, and large high-rise developments.

With in-depth knowledge across gas, electricity, and water networks, Tobi specialises in developing strong relationships with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) & incumbents driving projects from early planning through to completion. Her experience also extends to emerging technologies, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, electric vehicle charging (EVC) infrastructure, and microgrid solutions.

Her previous experience in an estimation role has given her a strong technical background, enabling her to combine commercial awareness with practical delivery expertise. This foundation ensures utilities strategies are both cost-effective and technically robust. Her collaborative approach and technical insight ensure that complex utilities challenges are managed efficiently, enabling projects to progress smoothly and on programme.
