Toby Crayden

Toby is the Civils Technical Director at Brookbanks, with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of Highway and Infrastructure design and detailing, together with Site Supervision and Contract Administration, while working for Consultants, Developers and Approving Authorities. Toby has managed projects both internally, leading multi-disciplinary teams of Engineers, and as part of an external project management team responsible for the timely delivery by others.

A strong sense of Client delivery, technical excellence and clear and concise presentation of designs, Toby has worked over a variety of market sectors and on a range of projects, from small bespoke residential projects, to large scale mixed use Retail and Commercial schemes, along with Schools, Hospitals and pure Civil Infrastructure projects.

Toby proudly designed and oversaw construction of a variety of aviation projects, overseeing multi-disciplinary designs from planning to delivery, and in operation. He has an eye for detail, together with experience delivering schemes from due diligence, masterplanning, detailed design and construction.
