Tom Quaife-Jones is the Director of Acoustics at Brookbanks, leading the delivery of expert consultancy across a broad portfolio of Building Acoustics and Environmental Noise & Vibration projects. With over 14 years of experience, Tom brings deep technical knowledge and a collaborative approach to some of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure, development, and placemaking schemes.
Tom is passionate about creating environments where sound enhances wellbeing and performance. He focuses on building a best-in-class acoustics capability with a strong technical and commercial edge, strengthening Brookbanks’ ability to unlock complex schemes through strategic acoustic input, and driving innovation and quality across the project lifecycle.
Over his career, Tom has worked on landmark projects in sectors including education, healthcare, performing arts, commercial, residential, industrial, and defence. His portfolio includes world-class facilities such as the Velindre Cancer Centre, major cultural venues like the Southbank Centre, and large-scale mixed-use developments across the UK and Europe. This breadth of experience ensures a holistic, cost-aware, and sustainable approach to acoustic design.
