Zoe Evans

Zoe is highly experienced in supporting construction companies with ambitious growth plans – playing a pivotal role in the launch of new regional offices, scaling operations and entering new sectors. Her ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery made her a trusted partner to Brookbanks for many years before joining the business.

With extensive sector expertise, Zoe has worked closely with construction companies to design and implement strategic growth, tailored to competitive markets. Her experience spans early careers through to director-level search, workforce planning, employer branding, marketing, and building high-performing teams.

As Head of Talent, Zoe now leads our HR function, overseeing talent attraction, recruitment, early careers, employee engagement, and professional development. A graduate of the University of Sheffield, she plays a key role in shaping our people culture and the next generation of leaders.

Zoe is also a semi-professional rugby player for Leicester Tigers and enjoys playing an active role in developing the women’s game.
