The Gateway, Bexhill Phase 2
Vistry’s Gateway Phase 2 is a major mixed-tenure community in Bexhill, balancing private, affordable, and rental homes with community infrastructure and sustainable design. Key elements of this scheme include transport improvements, green spaces, sports facilities, and eco-friendly utilities.
Our Role
Brookbanks provided Civil and Structural advice for 183 units in this phase including a mix of standard housing (with bespoke calculations provided), flats and a sports pavilion.
The Outcome
The overall scheme will provide 1050 new homes plus a new primary school.
