Development of Cranbrook Town Centre
Brookbanks are pleased to announce that the construction of Cranbrook Town Centre is well underway and making excellent progress! This project is being supported by our Development Partner group, including our Development Management, Cost Planning and Engineering Design services on behalf of Henry Davidson Developments Limited and the wider developer consortium, including Hallam Land Management Limited, Persimmon Homes, and Taylor Wimpey plc.
We look forward to seeing the development progress while delivering ‘the Brookbanks Difference’ throughout!

A particular highlight from the past month was the publication of our new report, written in conjunction with the Home Builders Federation (HBF), examining Sustainable Drainage Systems and the opportunities we’ve identified in Wales to support greater consistency, certainty and efficiency ahead of guidance becoming legislation across England.
