Brookbanks are proud to have hit a major milestone at Comeytrowe (Orchard Grove) with the opening of the new A38 roundabout! Being Development Manager, Commerical Manager and Technical Coordinator, we are so pleased with how far this development has come and it is great to see the first residents moving in…marking the first occupations of the site!

A particular highlight from the past month was the publication of our new report, written in conjunction with the Home Builders Federation (HBF), examining Sustainable Drainage Systems and the opportunities we’ve identified in Wales to support greater consistency, certainty and efficiency ahead of guidance becoming legislation across England.
