Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6
The Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) is a national standard for the sustainable design and construction of new homes. It aims to reduce carbon emissions and promote higher standards of sustainable design above the current minimum standards set out by the UK Building Regulations.
The CfSH identifies nine measures of sustainable design. However, it is widely recognised that the majority of the additional implementation costs for CfSH relate to the CO2 emission reductions and efficient water use.
At Brookbanks, our team of specialists have been able to use their experience of delivering schemes such as Cranbrook in Exeter to produce a full cost assessment looking from procurement through to installation and completion.
