Our Role

Brookbanks has supported Tungsten West Ltd in various planning matters relating to the winning of mines and minerals and associated activities at Hemerdon Mine near Plymouth. This includes preparation of a S.73 planning application to amend an outline condition, preparation and issue of prior notification requests and liaising with the local planning authority regarding the County’s Mineral Plan update.
