Situated in Huntingdon’s Ermine Business Park, this 33,000ft2, two-storey property was built in 1992. As new, incoming tenants, Anglian Water requested a full refurbishment before they relocated their organisation to this larger facility.

Our Role

Our responsibilities comprised a full services stripout, enabling works package and design of the new shell-and-core and Cat A/B services. These encompassed both the existing building and two new constructions; a new entrance area at the front of the building and new plantrooms to the rear. PV units and Mechanical Vent Heat Recovery were also installed to assist with the building’s efficiency.

The Outcome

The refurbishment created open plan and cellular office spaces for 450 employees, AV-equipped board and meeting suites, IT rooms and a staff café.
