Infinity Garden Village

Infinity Garden Village is a mixed-use development scheme for 1,850 residential units including extensive on- and off-site highway infrastructure. Infinity Garden Village forms part of Derby’s long-term growth strategy. The scheme combines housing, employment land, and major infrastructure improvements, including new highways and drainage systems.
