In 2022 we celebrated our 25th Anniversary!

As the pinnacle of the year, we were delighted to recently host an event for many of our clients to commemorate this huge milestone for our business!

We made sure we started very classy with a drink’s reception, amazing decorations from Balloons of Four Oaks, a fantastic lunch from Hotel Du Vin, followed by our incredible guest speaker who well and truly lifted the roof Dom Joly and finished with Mariachi bands, fun fair games and plenty of fun! We wanted the day to be different and we think it was!

We are a company that is well and truly powered by our people, so many of our team were also present to celebrate with our brilliant clients and partners. If we didn’t say it enough on the day, thank you to all for your support over the past 25 years, now and well into the future. We could not do it without you.

Here’s to the next 25!

At Brookbanks, we know EV charging becomes far more manageable when it’s approached as part of a wider development picture rather than an isolated task. Rising regulatory demands, limited capacity, cost pressures and the realities of underground or enclosed parking all interact in ways that can affect programme, viability and long‑term performance. This article looks at the recurring challenges we see across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects and the practical steps that help developments meet Part S requirements, manage grid limitations, integrate load‑balancing and smart‑charging systems, and plan for solar PV and battery storage.
