Ryan Meade

Ryan is our Group Director for Civil Engineering here at Brookbanks. He has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy, across a broad range of development projects. He is an Incorporated Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He excels in managing the engineering design of large, multi-phased residential developments and works closely with his clients from planning stages through to construction.

Ryan has overseen the design of residential developments from bespoke 5-unit sites up to major developments including thousands of dwellings, local centres, country parks and schools. He has a strong history of successful negotiations with Lead Local Flood Authorities, Highway and Water Authorities to ensure a smooth process through reserved matters, condition discharge and technical approval of his schemes.
