Andrew Wilkinson

We are pleased to announce that Andrew Wilkinson has joined Brookbanks’ Land, Development & Communities Group as a Director. With over 25 years of development consultancy experience, Andrew is a seasoned Engineer with a diverse background spanning sectors such as mixed-use, residential, education, healthcare, retail, and commercial. He has worked with both private and public sector clients, consistently demonstrating a client-focused approach to project delivery.

Andrew excels in driving successful outcomes, leveraging his extensive experience in multi-disciplinary project management for property development and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes overseeing technical elements such as flood risk management, transport planning, and infrastructure design, from due diligence through to detailed design and delivery. Additionally, Andrew has a strong track record in coordinating and delivering technical support for masterplans and planning applications, and, where required, providing expert witness and planning appeal support.

We’re delighted to welcome Richard Quarry as Director in the Cost & Commercial Group and Head of our South West office at Brookbanks! Based in South Devon, Richard brings an extensive network across the South West and Wales, along with a wealth of industry expertise.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Housing Practitioner (CIHCM), Richard has vast experience in consultancies and development organisations, specializing in Employers Agent, Cost Management, Project Management, and Strategic Asset Services. His expertise includes development programme structuring, asset reviews, viability and due diligence assessments, and Expert Witness reports on commercial and technical matters.
Richard is passionate about delivering informed, forward-thinking advice, staying at the forefront of construction technologies and sector updates. A published author on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), he has contributed to national and local housing and regeneration strategy reports and has a strong track record in affordable housing across the UK.
