Our Role

Brookbanks supported Greycoat through the acquisition of Bourn Airfield, providing comprehensive due diligence services that enabled a successful purchase in early 2025.

The Outcome

Following the acquisition, Brookbanks has been retained to deliver full project management services across the site. Our team is leading the implementation of both social and physical infrastructure, ensuring the development is delivered efficiently and sustainably.

In addition to our project management role, Brookbanks has provided commercial support, including detailed cost planning and cash flow forecasting, to help guide strategic decision-making and ensure financial robustness throughout the project lifecycle.
