Our twenty-year relationship with Deloitte speaks volumes on the esteem in which this financial and professional services institution holds Brookbanks.

Our Role

During this time we have undertaken projects in over 28 of Deloitte’s properties throughout the UK; from offices, IT suites and meeting rooms to catering facilities and plant rooms. Most of these schemes have involved the full refurbishment of existing building services and lift installations where minimal disruption is essential so as not to impact upon day-to-day business continuity.

The Outcome

One of our more significant projects has been the creation of a single, 980,000ft2 campus at New Street Square, London. Through the application of our sophisticated, agile solutions the campus will host over 7,000 workstations for more than 10,000 staff.

The expertise we provide to Deloitte covers the full spectrum of our services; mechanical, electrical, public health and lift services designs, energy conservation, surveys, management and life cycle cost advice, and facility services audits. We also manage Deloitte’s £7m annual maintenance contracts that include regular auditing and quality control of all their buildings.
