Strengthening Our Leadership Team for the Next Chapter
Following our recent partnership announcement with CBPE, we’re pleased to share a number of leadership changes that reflect the continued growth of Brookbanks and the exciting opportunities ahead for our people, clients and partners.
As our business continues to develop, it is important that our leadership structure evolves alongside it. Over the past few years, we have grown our multidisciplinary offering, expanded our specialist expertise and strengthened the support we provide across the development lifecycle. These changes help ensure we are well positioned for the future while continuing to deliver the collaborative, high-quality service our clients expect.
As part of this next chapter, Andrew Thorley has been appointed Chief Executive, Richard Moorcroft has taken on the role of Chief Technical Officer, and Rachel Appleby has been appointed Group Operations Director.
Together, they will continue to work closely with our Group Directors and wider leadership team to support the continued development of the business and deliver positive outcomes for our clients, projects and communities.
Andrew has led Brookbanks through a period of significant growth, helping establish the business as one of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary development consultancies. As Chief Executive, he will continue to provide strategic leadership across the organisation, supporting our people and maintaining a clear focus on delivering value for clients.
Commenting on his new role, Andrew said: “We have enhanced Brookbanks significantly over recent years, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. As Chief Executive, I’m looking forward to continuing to support our people, clients and partners as we build on that momentum, strengthen our multidisciplinary offering and create even greater value through the work we deliver.”

In my new role as Chief Technical Officer, I’m focused on ensuring we continue to provide the high-quality advice, innovation and delivery our clients expect, while supporting our teams to collaborate, share knowledge and achieve the best possible outcomes across every project.”
