Anthony Brown

Experience:

Anthony is a Commercial Director and the Group Director for Brookbanks’ new Bristol Office. He has over 30 years’ experience working for both large construction consultancy practices in London and Bristol and also for the strategic division of a major UK housebuilder.      

Anthony has worked on numerous large residential-led developments, principally across the South of England and South Wales, many commencing at the initial sketch design stage and then progressing through the technical design development and planning application preparation processes, via the local authority viability negotiation and land purchase stages and ultimately on to the procurement and delivery of the strategic infrastructure.  Anthony is able to provide commercial expertise to ensure that best value is considered at every stage to provide the best outcomes for the client.   

He has extensive knowledge of commercial and contractual matters associated with developing and delivering large schemes, and a good understanding of what leads to successful, value-driven developments.   

 Did you know: 

• Anthony has supported Tottenham Hotspur and the Welsh national rugby team for many years, but despite this still manages to maintain a generally sunny disposition. 

• Anthony has wanted to be a quantity surveyor since he was in primary school!
