The Outcome

  • Securing a residential allocation in an adopted local plan 
  • Evidence given at a Public Inquiry to demonstrate that a sustainable drainage solution was viable against challenging topography, impact from ancient woodland, high groundwater table and highly sensitive ecological impacts 
  • The Inspector’s report recommended the appeal be allowed 
  • The appeal was allowed by the Secretary of State, with Outline Planning Permission being granted
