Mark Miller

Experience: 

Mark is the Senior Associate Commercial Director at Brookbanks, with a wide-ranging background in commercial delivery. Focused on the details of every aspect of a project from procurement strategy, programming and value engineering to cost-focused contract management and delivery, Mark works closely with our clients, third-party contractors and suppliers to achieve quality while ensuring cost and programme efficiency.  

He leads the commercial response on a number of our residential-led developments and infrastructure projects, working alongside the planning, technical and construction teams through the design and delivery phases. 

Through a 35+ year career working for national and regional home builders and construction companies, Mark has worked on many projects across England delivering smaller housing developments, rural and urban sites and new communities.  Mark has held a number of senior commercial roles working throughout the development process from land acquisition to site completion with an operational and strategic focus.
