The Outcome

  • We provided approved infrastructure designs for two new roundabout access points, as well as 2km of spine road and multi-tiered SUDS.
  • We also enabled serviced parcels to be offered to the developer consortium ahead of programme and provided detailed earthworks appraisals to retain all site-won material onsite 
  • Working in partnership with Thames Water, we helped to implement a strategic foul water pumping station and 2km of rising main
