The development also includes mixed-use local centres, primary schools, sports pitches, community and leisure facilities, a special needs school, open space and extensive green infrastructure. The project required hard and soft landscaping, SuDS, diversions to public rights of way, pedestrian and vehicular access, and associated works.

The Outcome

Valley Park is advancing well on site with a number of occupations. The Western Signalised junction is open to the public and Brookbanks support continues with the implementation of access roads, SuDS features, and other temporary works. We have supported planning and technical approval process and now working with contractors on site. Workstreams include Noise, transport, hydrology, Civils and structures.
