A residential development of up to 4,254 dwellings. The development also includes mixed-use local centres, primary schools, sports pitches, community and leisure facilities, a special needs school, open space and extensive green infrastructure. The project required hard and soft landscaping, SuDS, diversions to public rights of way, pedestrian and vehicular access, and associated works.

The Outcome

We achieved successful outline planning consent as well as technical approvals for the initial highway access points. We are currently supporting the discharge of condition including the internal spine road and strategic drainage routes to unlock the first phase of development.
